The Magic Conch is Gary's bonus item. The card says Bring a fallen friend back. Walkthroughs describe it as the free way to reverse a teammate's Passed Out screen. It is not described as reviving yourself.

How do you get Magic Conch?
Unlock Gary, the Server, for 1,000 Doubloons. The Night Shop sometimes lists a teammate revive as well.
How do you use Magic Conch?
In a crew of 2 to 4, keep Gary's conch for the player who hits 0% energy. Solo, you cannot use a fallen-friend item on yourself; the Passed Out buttons are Return to Lobby and a paid Revive.
