A dollar amount on the Shift Report cannot buy SpongeBob. Restaurant cash and Doubloons are different counters, and nobody has published an exchange rate.
Restaurant cash
Cash is the shift balance. The loop is: take the order, cook and assemble the requested meal, deliver it to the matching customer, let them finish, then pick up the money and the tray. The tutorial line is Collect all the money to end the day. One small pickup in a tutorial frame is a sample, not a per-minute rate. Use the live cash display.
Mr. Krabs' Level 1 card gives the whole crew +10% cash at the end of the day, plus one extra table. That is not +10% on every tip the moment it lands.
Cash is what the Night Shop spends, starting on Day 3. It does not unlock classes.
Doubloons from Tasks
Open Tasks in the lobby. Panels have included The Basics, Work Streak, Rising Stars, Crew Roles, and Expert Service. An earlier lobby shot named only the first three, so later categories can be locked until you progress. Complete the objective during a shift, then Claim in the lobby when the notice says so.
These payouts are the checklist figures recorded for those rows. A row shown as x1 is that milestone. It does not prove the same action pays 1 Doubloon on every repeat forever. Read your panel.

The 5-star solo task is the largest single number on that list. It is still not a strategy by itself if fires and wrong orders are what cut your stars.
The Achievements board from mid-October 2026 is described as more than 100 challenges with larger Doubloon rewards aimed at classes and skins. Individual challenge amounts were not published as a complete table. Clear objectives you can already do.
Night Shop lists sometimes include a small Doubloon pack, around 7, paid with restaurant cash. It is not in every night's stock.
Robux packs
A lobby Doubloon store has been captured at these prices: 50 for 99 Robux, 200 for 299, 500 for 749, and 1,000 plus a 500 bonus for 1,499. The largest of those is still 1,000 short of SpongeBob at 2,500. Treat the numbers as a snapshot. The button in your lobby is the current price.
What to buy
Jim at 150 Doubloons is the first paid cook if grilling is the delay. SpongeBob at 2,500 is the cook who runs two patties and auto-flips. Mr. Krabs at 1,700 changes tables and end-of-day crew cash. Squidward's price is the one that does not agree across writeups: most class panels call him a starter, and one walkthrough says 60. Look at the button.
Skins use Doubloons too, on the same panel, after you own the class. Halloween skins are a separate announced offer with no posted price yet.
