What is Restaurant cash?

Restaurant cash is the dollar amount you see during a shift. You earn it by delivering the right meal, waiting until the customer finishes, and picking up the money on the table. Day 1 text says Collect all the money to end the day. A delivery with cash still on the table is not finished. Mr. Krabs' Level 1 perk adds 10% to crew cash at the end of the day, not to every tip instantly. Cash from a shift is what the Night Shop spends. It is not the price of a class. One table payout in a tutorial clip is a sample, not an earnings rate.
