What is Shift clock?
Punching in shows Punched in by and your username. A short Opening in 5s countdown gives a little prep time. After the Shift Report, finish mopping, wiping, workstation cleaning, and trash before you punch in for the next day. The Shift Report, not the clock, is what closes service. One reviewed Day 1 report was headed DAY 1 and showed a 2/2 customer quota; read the live quota instead of assuming every Day 1 is two customers.
