The Dirty Bubble is one of the villains shown gathering outside the restaurant in the opening cutscene. During a shift he floats into the dining room and has to be scrubbed until he pops. He is reported on Day 4 of a standard run.

The screen says PASSED OUT and Ran out of energy. You can return to the lobby or use a paid Revive. Gary's Magic Conch can bring a fallen teammate back. It is not described as a self-revive.
